Royal Mail Direct Debit Accounts

Royal Mail has announced an important change to the way in which you pay for your postage using your Neopost franking machine. Currently you pay for your postage via a Direct Debit to Royal Mail; this facility is now closing down completely for all franking customers and responsibility for collecting your payment will transfer to Neopost. This change will bring you in line with all other franking machine users in the UK.

What Are My Options?

There are different payment options available from Neopost. You can continue to pay for your postage in advance with a Minimum Credit Balance account, or benefit from up to 55 days interest free credit with a neoFunds account.
