We have now implemented Strong Customer Authentication regulations. The replacement service is called EMV3DS and is a significant improvement
over the original (VerifiedbyVisa, Mastercard 3DSecure) and is fully SCA compliant.
IMPORTANT : When making a payment you may need to provide additional verification or authorisation via your card issuer (bank) e.g. SMS pass-code.


We are aware of an issue relating to phone numbers. We are hoping to resolve this as soon as possible. The format requested by EMV3DS is '44-123456789'. The 44 is UK country code followed by the dash and your UK number without the leading zero.
